This company does not follow through with what they say They also say one thing and do something else Do not use this company for your water services! I tried to use their services and had to continually call to confirm or correct what I was told I would call on one day and they would say I had not called until several days later so they would not 'get in trouble' with the customer

I tried to use their services and had to continually call to confirm or correct what I was told. I would call on one day and they would say I had not called until several days later so they would not 'get in trouble' with the customer.
Buyer beware. Keep track of your returnables, and make sure you get credit for them. They like to screw you, and at $6 a pop, it adds up. I returned 5 empties, and only got credit for 3, and after 2 phone calls and getting the run-a-round, I decided my time wasn't worth $12 and gave up. Very shady company.
