CALLED BUSINESS AND SPOKE WITH JEFF AND HE STATED THAT HE HAS ALREADY BEEN OUT TO CONSUMER AND FIXED THE ONE CRACKED GATE AND PUT HANDLES ON GATE HE ALSO HAS STATES THAT HE REALIZED ANOTHER CRACKED GATE AND ORDER A NEW ONE, WHICH SHOULD BE IN NEXT FRIDAY

I have reviewed the response made by
the business in reference to complaint ID *** and agree with what has been completed thus far. However, I won't feel the matter is closed until the second cracked gate is replaced and the other three handles attached to the proper gates. A total of six handles are needed and the workman sent attached three, indicating he was not given enough to complete the installation.
