On 5/22/2014, the Revdex.com received a complaint from one of our customer's regarding an employee In our Austin location by the name of [redacted] She stated the employee was rude to her and even used explicit language when speaking to the customerI too received a call from our customer and spoke with her in regards to this matterI apologized to her for the way she claimed she was treatedI did notice an extra amount on her account that was owed for $47.25, which was due to a few insufficient checks that had been written previouslyOur employee should have advised her of the amount of these charges and explained what they were before she told her she was past due the amount, right after the customer made a payment earlier that dayI have advised our employee she is no longer allowed to speak with the customer in regards to any matter involving her accountThe branch manager will handle this account at all times, We pride ourselves' on great customer service and I will see to it that this will no longer be an Issue We wish to thank the Revdex.com and assure you that we will continue to work on our overall business practices on a daily basis Regards,· [redacted] Director of Collections 8,Auditing

I apologized to her for the way she claimed she was treated.
