Prior to the installation of the [redacted]'s new unit, I had made several trips to unclog their condensation line on their old unit, and had noticed substancial water damage to their ceiling. There were no issues with the new unit for the first year after installation, and no phone calls from...

the [redacted]s of any issues. In Sept 2017, I came by to unclog the condensation line. The [redacted]s told me that they had had several AC Companies come out to troubleshoot the problem.  They claimed they called a plumber but they found no problems.  I tracked the condensation line to the bathroom sink, and found that their plumbing was causing the water backup which did lead to their ceiling damage.  I was able to unclog the line again by removing part of the plumbing and found that the pipe was too long inside the T/trap. ([redacted] stated that she had paid an AC Company $350 to fix the condensation problem, but later got a bid from another AC Company for $1400. + labor to make repairs. There was no reason to call another AC Company if the problem had been fixed.) While I was there fixing the clog, I did not notice any repairs made by any companies.  There were several comments made by [redacted] in her above statements that were untrue. First, the cost of the system was $5680, not over $6000. Second, my installer stated he never said that the work was "unacceptable".  Lastly, [redacted] claimed that I hung up on her after I told her I was not responsible for the damages, when in fact there was a long pause on her end and I realized that she had left the conversation, so [redacted] and I finished the call peacefully.

I believe same substantially prove failure to provide goods or services in a good and workmanlike manner, breach of warranty, and unequivocally establishes that [redacted] falsified statements in his original response to the Revdex.com.I thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter. Sincerely,[redacted]
