I called Excel one cold day when my boiler had stopped working. With a house full of radiators and pipes, I knew trouble wasn't too far away. Excel sent a service tech out within a couple hours, despite being very busy due to the cold. The tech correctly diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and had the boiler operational within an hour. I couldn't be happier. I'll continue to use Excel for service, and happily recommend them to others.

We have been customers for 13 years but that may be coming to an end. I get descent service but received a slap in the face. I just received a 192.00 bill for the replacement of a $15 (retail) boiler part. The new owners of Excel should be ashamed. A later conversation with one of the owners showed his understanding of the bill itemization was very different than the repair persons. The amount remains the same and equates to an hourly rate above what our physician gets.

Excel Heating & Cooling has done a number of jobs for me over the past two years, both in my own home and in numerous rental properties. The service is excellent. Installing a new system in our basement has provided a great recreation space. They have also serviced old heating systems with efficiency and professionalism.
