Re: Case # XXXXXXXX
Dear Sir or Madam;
Thank you for your communication. We take customer service very seriously...

at Excel High School. Excel High School is Regionally Accredited by AdvancED, The parent organization of The North Central Association CASI and Southern Association of Schools and Colleges CASI and the Northwest Accrediting Commission. Our accreditation is recognized by the State and US Dept. of Education.
This means our graduates are recognized by colleges and universities nationwide.
It sounds like there is a misunderstanding with the student's college and we would like to have the opportunity to help the student achieve his goals.
I will need the contact information for the individual at the college, so I can connect and provide our accreditation information to the college. It would appear that the college does not have the proper information concerning Excel's accreditation and State recognition thereof.
I would welcome the student to call me so I can help him with college enrollment. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Because of our State recognized accreditation, we are able to get 100% of colleges to recognize our institution for admissions and title IV funds.
Sincerely,
Rod [redacted], M.A.
