Review: In 2014, I attended the factory tour for [redacted] in [redacted]. As a registered participant of this tour, I was due a $1,000 rebate upon delivery and payment of my new home. I purchased the home from [redacted] who then merged with Excel Homes of Virginia and Mod U Kraf. The home was built in the [redacted] factory and delivered in March 2015. To date, I have not received the $1,000 rebate for purchasing a home. I have been communicating with my rep ([redacted]/ [redacted]) since September 2015 and all he can tell me is that he has submitted the request.
