RE Complaint ID # [redacted] On August 16, we responded to an email regarding the status of his replacement firearm to Mr [redacted] The email stated as follows:"We have an order written to send you a new AT-II, Firearm to replace the firearm you sent in We would like for you to get this new firearm and be a happy customer We are running just a bit behind our schedule for this new gun I have been informed the new gun is in production now and is expected to be completed in the next two weeks before it can ship If you are unable to wait the two weeks for this new replacement gun, and would like a refund, then you can send to us your original sales receipt for the purchase of the firearm, to process a refund Any refund must go through accounting and the time frame is 3-weeks.""I apologize for the delay, Please let me know how you wish to proceed."We have received a follow up email from the customer were he attached a copy of his sales receipt and stating a refund is his only desire We will process a refund for the customer and have requested a mailing address from him Once he advises us of the mailing address we will process the refund We have advised the customer the refund will take 3-weeks
