Re: Case # [redacted], [redacted]. I welcome the opportunity to respond to the brief narrative Mr. [redacted] provided to Revdex.com. On 10/28/15, approx 6pm room guest #21 called front desk and reported "somebody fell from stairs". Immediately, myself and employee AB...

rushed upstairs and saw Mr. [redacted] siting on bench. I personally asked to call 911 to an emphatic "no"; witnesses include employee AB, room guest #21 and room guest #28. Belongings on the stairs and ground floor included drinking cup (beer), Coors beer cans and unidentifiable bottle which all were gathered by room guest #21. Despite an emphatic "no" to 911, I called the 911 center and explained the situation. Since guest declined, 911 center unable to send personnel. At approx. 6:15pm, Mr. [redacted] called front desk and requested bandages, etc. Immediately, I dispatched employee AB to take medical tape and gauze. Employee AB reported that guest "ripped from my hand and cursed - not gonna sue you". Five mins later at approx. 6:20pm, we hear banging at the office side door to which I immediately respond and Mr. [redacted] is irate and yells "someone needs to come upstairs and put on the bandage". Per protocol, I informed guest that I must contact 911 center to which he yelled "no". I called 911 center and again discussed the situation. It was best determined to dispatch City Police. At approx. 6:30pm, two City Police officers arrived and proceed to room #12 and to our surprise guest has bolted off the property in a vehicle. After talking to room guest #21, it was evident that Mr. [redacted] felt the need to leave prior to arrival of 911 unit or City Police. According to eye witnesses, Mr. [redacted] appeared intoxicated. City Police departed hotel and advised to contact them if any further issues. Hotel staff did not see guest until next day 10/29/15.Next day 10/29/15, approx. 12:30pm, I and employee WV approached Mr. [redacted] at room #12 and indicated several matters of our concern; (a) microwave glass tray guest removed from coffee lounge and found 10/28/15 AM in room #12 (b) table guest removed from coffee lounge and found 10/29/15 AM in room # 12 and (c) blood stained sheets $50 fee, Room Recovery Fee. After indicating the $50 fee, the guest once again is irate and stated legal action against the hotel. I informed Mr. [redacted] of my decision that he exit the hotel with hotel refunding remainder stays. At which point Mr. [redacted] demanded he stay however my decision was final and I advised him to depart in 1 hour or City Police would be contacted. Guest departed and remainder of stays refunded.Respectfully, [redacted], Managing Director
