Correspondence can be addressed to ***@excel.edu.The person making the complaint, *** ***, attended Excel Learning Center - San Antonio South from 11/24-12/19/(weeks).On 12/19/2014, Ms*** was asked (not yelled at) to come see me in my office by our Administrative Assistant. The reason I decided to have her see me is due to the fact that I had received several verbal and written complaints by her classmates within the span of a week claiming *** *** was using abusive and foul language in classClassmates also stated that she was making threatening comments towards others in the class. When she arrived in my office I asked her to have a seat as we had a few items to discuss. I never raised my voice or yelled at her. I told her about the complaints I had received and wanted to give her the opportunity to write down her side of the story (per our policy). She immediately started yelling and cursing and wanted to know exactly who made the complaints. I tried to talk to her and have her calm down, but she stood up and was very loud and continued cursing. Other staff members and students were able to hear her. I asked her to please stop cursing and yelling as we do not tolerate this type of behavior. When she continued, I made the decision to expel her from school. I asked her to leave the campus and she refused. She went back to the classroom without permission and we immediately called the police to help remove her from the premises. We had three staff members in the classroom watching her to ensure the safety of our students. While in the classroom, she continued to be very vocal and cursed aloudWe have several staff, faculty and students who witnessed her behavior.When the police arrived, she went outside to meet them. The police officers took her statement and our staff's statements and decided to give her a "Criminal Trespass Warning" ticket and told her she is not allowed to enter our Excel Learning Center schools and will be arrested if she returns without permission. Attached document contains SAPD contact information regarding the Criminal Trespass Warning. We have cancelled *** ***'s enrollment and will not be charging *** *** any fees towards her tuition.On the morning of, 1/5/2015, *** *** called our main campus and spoke to the center school Director and stated that she wanted to return to school at her original location (Excel Learning Center -San Antonio South)She will not be allowed to return because of her inappropriate behavior
