We do not wish to do any business with this company anymore, they work is very bad and no customer serviceWe wasted more than a month on this logo issue and wish to have

I have given them months to get this right and they have not been able to.  My logo is pretty simple and I gave them every color, font, size, and gradient.  They still can't get it right.  Their website says they have a 100% 90 day money back guarantee.  I want a refund!!

This individual stole a logo service from us and refused to pay for it.We asked them over 10 times what type of logo they anticipated receiving and they refused to respond to our emails.We contacted them every single day asking what type of logo they anticipated for the price paid and they refused...

to tell us.We now understand their intent was to steal the logo design and not pay for it, as they 100% refused to provide any detailat all as to what type of logo they anticipated receiving from our company.It's a shame there are individuals out there that think it's okay to steal from small businesses as this individual has done.Individuals like this that steal from small businesses cause billions of dollars in losses every year and we wish there was away to prevent individuals like this from harming innocent merchants like us, but unfortunately there is not.   There will always be individuals that think it's acceptable to steal and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent individualslike this from engaging in such actions of theft and fraud.We did not respond to the claim and allowed [redacted] a chance to refund them, although our losses are significant from thistheft of services.  We truly hope this individuals one day gains a conscious and realizes it's not okay to steal from smallbusinesses as they have done.

Our checkout page clearly indicates that they would be charged upfront.
