I called working days ago and requested help removing a dead tree in my yardI left my name and numberAfter working days I called again and was assured the person answering the phone was tell the appropriate person immediately and would also mention it was my second callI still have no responseHard to see how they get an A+ if they don't call you back

EXTREMELY, extremely disappointed.....not something I thought I'd say about this company I'd used them several times in the past and was very happy with the work doneHowever for two months in I left several messages and the person answering the phone assured me I'd get a call back No one ever had the courtesy to do so I can't believe a company would operate that way If they didn't want my business, were too busy, or whatever the reason at least they could have informed me of that Not the way a company with a supposed A+ rating should operate Maybe since they received this A+ rating they don't feel they need to be responsive to the public
Very positive experience with AAA Tree ServiceVery professional workThey removed a very large tree in our back yard and trimmed another large tree in our front yardBoth were completed in a timely manner, and their cleanup was exceptionalIf I had any suggestions it would be to communicate a little more with the customer on arrival times, etcbut this was minor compared to the work completed
Mike Moore and his crew are absolutely amazing professionals. He did not come to my home fishing for what other companies had bid. He came out and looked at the hazard and quickly evaluated the situation and when I asked how much he would charge, he was straight forward and open and honest. He said it would cost $750. Mike has the people, the knowledge, and the equipment to get the job done right. He said he would remove the tree that same day and do it in two hours. He also agreed to let me pay him on Friday when we get paid, because my husband just had unexpected surgery. We got three quotes. One was for $2000 + & said it would take all day. He wanted to know the other two quotes first but I told him I'd rather just hear his. I told him Mikes quote after he said $2000+ & he said, "You get what you pay for." I highly recommend Mike Moore, owner of AAA Tree. Service. I doubt you could find a more knowledgable or honest person who protects your roof while getting the job done.

I have not only used this company personally, but have also referred him to others. He did an absolutely beautiful job, including cleaning up the debris and running it through his chipper!
