We have received your letter regarding a complaint that was submitted and assigned an ID of ***This is a fabricated complaint by a person that does not want to pay for services renderedThey actually owe us money in the amount of $for
services provided in and still have not paidThey had roll off services provided in the amount of $which took over a month to get any payment towards the billWe were eventually given authorization to charge *** *** ...*** for $and promised to pay the remaining amount due the following weekWe then received a check in the amount of $with another promise to pay the remaining amount dueWe were asked to refund the $that they authorized us to charge to the credit card and said that they would include it a check with the final paymentThey disputed the $with the credit card company and we did not protest the dispute since they said that the remaining amount due would include the $charged to the credit cardSee the attached authorized credit card charge, credit card chargeback letter and chargeback from our bank to the credit card company and the check receivedThe complainant has received the $500, that was authorized to charge to the card, returned back to the credit cardTo this date we still have not received the remaining amount due of $2500.00.Our company prides itself in providing excellent service and we have been in business over yearsWe have several referred and repeat customers that are very happy with the services that we provideThis is the only complaint that we have which speaks to the honesty and integrity of our companyH is unfortunate that this person does not think that he should pay for services providedWe hope that you will consider this information in rating our company with the Revdex.com as well as remove the negative comments from the complainant from our recordIf you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ###-###-####Sincerely,
