I have a monthly membership with the Excel Parking garage located at *** *** *** *** *** ** *** On 11/**, I left my car in the care of the garage attendants My car was in good condition 12/** was the next time I went to retrieve my car, at which point I noticed SIGNIFICANT damage to the TOP of my trunk My car was not damaged in this way when I left it in their care, it obviously happened inside the garage by a negligent attendant They probably backed my car into one of the metal lifts in the garage, or they lowered one onto my car The placement of the damage is so unique, it couldn't possibly happen during a standard collision, such as during a rear-ending, or if a shopping cart banged into a car in a parking lot I immediately filed a claim with the garage attendant Harry J***, the Vice President of Excel Parking, replied to my claim via e-mail, telling me: "After reviewing the report and your car yesterday we are denying your claim there is no way that
