On 8/3/16, I called and spoke to the Office Manager about my account and complaintsI described the injury I suffered from doing Aqua Therapy that began in December I explained that I have been suffering for a year and a half due to their ?therapy? and believe that I should not be paying any more moneyI described all the doctor visits, x-rays, MRI?s and pain medication I?ve had to take because of this injuryI explained that I had to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket to try and remedy the issueThe Office Manager became defensive, rude and unprofessionalShe made an unprofessional comment that my health insurance probably covered all those treatmentsShe said that aqua therapy is low impact and gentle, which is insinuating my injury could not have possibly been caused by themI told her I had emailed the Aqua Physical Therapist about this issue after it started but her response was just to come back in so they can address itBut I don?t want to go back to a place w
