Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Dear sirs:I do appreciate getting this response from [redacted] with reference to my complaintIt appears that I do in fact owe Steve B [redacted] an apology to my complaint which is because he has received mis-information from his father who is the person that I in fact did purchase the shirt from....by mis-information I mean that in fact MrTerry B [redacted] did tell me that his son Steve would check the availability of this shirt in question, however he at no time told me about the payment options available as I had already paid him in CASH So it seems like MrTerry B [redacted] 's memory is lacking and that is why after I had paid him I asked for a receipt which he gave me....The reason that the receipt marked "PD in cash" was marked over was because every time I took a picture of it to e mail to Steve to prove that I had paid for the shirt , it came out weak in color and was a second copy, and not 100% clear, so I marked it over with a black pencil to make it more clear.There are a couple of things that should be noted here....first....MrB [redacted] was starting to close up for the day and was actually packing up shirts .....and so if I was not there in person and bought a shirt, how would I know that Steve was asleep in his pickup truck after a long trip and that his father Terry asked me to watch the place while he went to the truck to check with Steve to see if there were any more ss available in my size "large", and I watched him go to the truck and he came right back because he did not want to wake his son who was in fact asleep....and secondly how would I obtain this receipt that Terry wrote for me upon my request, to show I actually did pay for this shirt....I am not in the habit of buying an item and paying for it and not getting a receipt....and so I wanted a receipt to prove I had paid for this item...especially since the shirt was to be sent to me at my address in Florida.And the most common sense part about this all is that I am years old and so why would I go thru all this trouble just to try and rip off a measley $shirt from someone....there is no way I need to expend this kind of energy for a $shirt unless it actually had been paid for and should have been sent to me in the first place.....I am sorry that Steve B [redacted] still appears to disbelieve me when I tell him I did in fact pay for this shirt in CASH and have a legitimate receipt to show I didI assure you all that if MrSteve B [redacted] got to know me he would soon find out I am an honest upfront person and not in the habit of trying to rip off people for a mere $30, and so in closing I too would like to end this misunderstanding and therefore will accept his offer of a $credit for Carlisle, Pa at the Corvette show their in August.If it is possible, I ask that the credit be e mailed to me and then I can print it off and bring it to Carlisle.I am truly sorry for all this confusion and it would be my hope that this August in Carlisle all concerned might raise a pint and put this all to rest !I will look forward to receiving this Credit via e mail and if that is not possible then it could be mailed to me [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***
