module check) to make sure you and your family were getting a safe vehicle to driveUnfortunately the expansion tank of your vehicle started leaking after your wife picked your vehicle up from our shopWe did not work on the cooling system on the first repair, either had to remove coolant in order to perform it, that being stated it is impossible to live a loose hose when no cooling system hose was touchedWhen we received the call from Ms*** stating that the vehicle was leaking antifreeze I asked if she was in a safe place and offered to tow the vehicle back to the shop immediately, the car was received and the expansion tank was developing a small leak to the radiator hose causing steam to show through the hood and I called back informing the situation the same dayI can't get good reviews or maintain a healthy not overpriced business if I give money back to every customer who threatens me stating "If I pay for this bill I will file a claim with the Revdex.com"Once again I apologize for the lack of communication and as we spoke over the phone I'm so sorry for what happen being your first time at the shop and having another component failing on your vehicle in that short period of timeThis situation is frustrating for you and for me because I do take pride on what I do and leaving you with a bad impression is the last of my intentions Carlos E A*** Autopotenza LLC
