Review: I had a yearly contract with Excel starting May 3, 2013. I called and emailed them on April 18, 2014, to let them know that I wished to cancel my contract for the 2014 year as I did not want their service. On May 1st, however, my credit card was charged by the Excel. I called them again and spoke with the person I emailed before, by the name [redacted]. She apologized to me and promised to get the issue resolved. On May 7 I got a phone message and an email message stating that Excel representative will be inspecting my house on May 8. My credit card account is showing the charges. I am sick and tired of trying to cancel my contract with Excel. We'll be calling them tomorrow 8AM to complain again.Desired Settlement: just want my money back
