Please see the final response below that was sent on be half of the company to the client upon her second complaintAfter speaking with her over the phone, her statements were conflicting in regards to her results Upon her return to the salon for her complimentary re-do, during her
second consultation, our stylist confirmed that she was too dark and too ashy for what she had requested at her first appointmentHe then lifted her lowlights and took away the ashy appearance as requestedShe verbally confirmed over the phone that she wanted golden highlights, which is what she received. I am going to ask the manager (A***) of our South Park location to please put services “on her account” for a retouch with some lowlights, as well as a conditioning treatment. This will be on her account and will not expire She can choose to come back at her convenience for these services, and we will also allow for her to go to any of our nine Dino Palmieri Salon locations We are hoping to make this right by her so that she loves her hair!
After reviewing the pictures with D***, we agree that the color
looks beautiful, but that the root need to be darkened to her liking. As it is stated on our website:

In response to the clients rejection, we have reviewed and discussed internally and have agreed to the following. We will provide the client with a $115 dollar Gift Card to any of our salons. This price was garnered from the clients original services that she received at our salon including the following, Groupon Haircut + Conditioning Treatment + Finish, Partial Hi-Lite, and Toner.
