Review: On 12/**/2013 I had called this clinic and spoke to the front desk clerk, asking about a specific x-ray which they could do at the site, the jaw specifically was what was requested. She replied yes they do. At the time of the appointment I was told by the doc on shift that the site does not have the equipment to do a jaw x-ray. I conveyed my annoyance to the doctor politely, that I had called specifically for that type of x-ray prior to arriving to this clinic, and that my time and money was wasted and requested my copay back. I was "relayed" the reply back from the [redacted] that the copay would not be returned by this doctor. She gave me a written order to a radiology group which may be able to do it. That radiology group did not do that type of x-ray at any of their facilities. Had to find a dentist who would help at additional cost.Desired Settlement: 1) Refund my $50 copay. As it was specifically asked for JAW X-RAY prior to coming to the clinic, and is deceitful to say your site provided that service when in fact it did not have the equipment to do so. 2) Make changes to how your clerks answer on the phone, the clinic is not busy at all, she could have taken the time to ask and answer correctly.3) Be aware of where your referring your patients!

Review: On Nov[redacted] I went to Urgent Care for a flu shot. They stated my insurance covers it in full and I don't owe a copay. I then received a bill for a $20.00 copay stating according to my health plan I owed. I mailed the $20.00 on Nov [redacted] I received a claim detail from Empire Plan stating I owe nothing. I called the billing department and was told I would have to wait 4-5 weeks for a refund from [redacted] on Dec[redacted]. I called again on Dec [redacted], Jan [redacted] and March [redacted] and spoke to [redacted]. She said I would have to speak to [redacted] who didn't return my call. I feel this is long enough to wait and something shady is going on there. Both [redacted] and [redacted] said there are many people unhappy and are owed money. If you could get my refund I would be most appreciative .Desired Settlement: To get a check for $20.00 and an apology
