As the owner of urgent care facilities who has done a multitude of business with Excel X-ray I couldn't be more pleasedThey have upgraded all of my equipment and the process was stream lined and professionalThey have given me the best equipment and my imaging depthas never been better Utilizing multiple DR panels was the best option and spending the extra money for grid suppression was the right way to goThey not only gave me equipment that far exceeds my expectations, but they saved me a tremendous amount compared to their competitors
I don't even know where to begin writing how AWFUL an experience we are currently having with Excel and are trying to dissolve the business relationship After being promised equipment for a chiropractic office, with the supposedly proper DR plate, console, and generator, the quality of our films are nothing better than a "regular" xray set up, from After numerous, some weeks, daily attempts, in communication with *** *** we have not received the proper manuals, training, and correspondence it takes to set up a small, private owned practice to be the "best on the street." As the point of contact between my treating/owner doctors and ***, it is now to the point where we want to return the unit provided to us and have a new one installed, replaced, and trained on by another company We are tired of dealing with Excel's inadequacies and will never recommend Excel to any of our chiropractic counter-parts or even medical colleagues DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM They will only give you the time of day when they get your money and then once they have it, you're nothing better than "that practice who bought my equipment." We could not be more embarrassed for our quality of films for our patients, the lack of professionalism from Excel and we cannot wait until we can say we have a unit we are proud to share with our patients

Installation took a week longer than promised
No specific training on how to use the OmniVue Genesis program
Inadequate generator wattage for the specific needs of our chiropractic practice
Negligible foll
Empty promises
Technique charts are quoted for DR plates with grids...we do not have a grid and only upon our insistence, did we get a quote for one...$more
Our HD monitor was removed because it wasn't working properly weeks ago and it has not been returned to us, after SEVERAL requests of getting it back
Excel does not return phone calls
