Proof of the condition of the apartment was also sent, including pictures and invoices. The balance of $7254.00 is due and owing to Brookfield Gardens. We have made every attempt to settle this with [redacted]. Her account was referred to the collection agency [redacted] on November 2017. [redacted] claims are unjustified.
