Nice cars and great people!

I have purchased several exotics from Excell and if I could rate them it would be a from sales to serviceGustopho is the best ! Personal service all the wayIf they don't have the car you want, they will find it

I spoke to you on September 13, 2016 about a customer we had at our driving school....

Mrs. [redacted] enrolled her daughter, [redacted], for the March 28, 2016 drivers edd. Class. Her daughter never came to the class. We tried many times to contact Mrs. [redacted], but no one ever returned our calls. Now, six months later, she calls and has requested her money back.
I've enclosed a copy of the contract that she read and signed. We told her we would still allow her daughter to take the classes, but she said no.

I told them that because of our court ordered visitation schedule we would be unable to complete the class. as she would currently miss every other saturday, up to a maximum of 10 of the 15 sessions. we also, with the schedule would be unable to complete it with in the 9 months.
The gentleman that signed this letter was not the person that I spoke with on the phone. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and refused to discuss the issue with me at all. I never completed registering my daughter by bringing in her birth certificate and when they called to remind me to do that or she would not be able to attend the class I informed them then that she would not be taking the class, so I DID talk to someone.

1) Yes, I did sign the contract and pay the fee. I did not have my daughter's birth certificate with me at the time of registration, so my enrollment was never completed. They called (after the class had started) to tell they would be notifying the BMV to rescind my daughter's learners permit since she was not in class. I told them that I had never received the learners permit because I had not brought in her birth certificate and would not be. This was probably the 3rd call they made to me. After that they probably called 3 more times, but as I dont answer my phone at work, and they never answer their phone after hours, I did not speak to someone again.
2) At this point there is absolutly NO WAY I would ever put my child in their class. They have insulted me by calling me a liar, and were extremely rude when I spoke to them on the phone recently. I would honestly be afraid of how they would treat my daughter at this point.
3) Because of a court mandated custody agreement, my daughter would never be able to complete the class in the time allotted. She would miss more than the maximum of 2 session, and, as their contract states, additional make up lessons are at an additional cost of [redacted] each, which I am not willing to pay. Because she spends the entire summer out of state, she was not able to complete the class during the summer either.
4) When I originally signed up for the class it was with the intention of having her attend because I believed at the time that we had made arrangements to be able to complete the requirements. That agreement changed making it impossible for her to attend then and those conflicts are still in place.
5) I did not contact them earlier because I was still trying to make arrangements to see if I could come to an agreement to get her into the class. Once it was 100% clear that was not going to happen I contacted them regarding a refund. I apologize if my personal issues took longer than they think they should.

Mrs. [redacted] is not being truthful. She did register her daughter (signed a contract and made payment) for the March class. I gave you, the Revdex.com a copy of this. The contract states the refund policy, which Mrs. [redacted] read and signed.
Also, she did not inform us that they wished to withdraw from the class. When her daughter didn't show up for the class, we tried to call numerous times to find out why, but no one ever returned our calls. It wasn't until six months later (September) that we finally heard from Mrs. [redacted] wanting a refund.
If we were informed before the class started ( as it states in the contract) she would have been given a refund, less the [redacted] withdrawal fee. If we were informed, we could have had another student take her place in the drivers educ. class.
Our policies are clearly stated in this contract. We are still willing to allow her daughter to take the classes (even though legally we don't have to).

First and foremost it's very hard to put words on the type a dealership that she is. I met Scott and his crew nearly 15 years ago and I bought several vehicles from him and the best thing that came out of this is a friendship that we built. He is not your typical dealership they get you in and get you out. He takes pride in his ownership of the company and his clients. Bought a car over the the internet described as very clean, no issues and excellent paint. I paid additionally for a third party inspector recommend by Excell. The car's front bumper had hidden damage covered up by shoddy repairs. Both ends of the bumper had been damaged and been repaired with cheap bondo rather than appropriate material made for this bumper. Furthermore rather fixing a damaged bolt hole, the bumper was glued to the frame. Structural repairs were made by cutting up a plastic bondo spreader and gluing that to the bumper. Replacing the bumper would cost well over $5,000 and I asked for only $1,000 which was way under the cost for repairing the bumper. Excel declined. I would never have purchased this car with these defects.

I was sent to Excell Auto Group by friends who have a lot of experience buying high line exotic cars, and I'm very happy to say they sent me to the right place. I was recommended to Tyler and was very happy with my overall experience. I was looking to upgrade from my current vehicle, a Maserati Granturismo, and jump into a Bentley Continental GT. I walked in and didn't feel pressured at all, Tyler was very concerned with my needs and took the time out to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely particular as far as the specs on the car I was buying. Tyler was able to locate me several vehicles that matched my needs and delivered full photos of what I might be buying. Upon making my decision, Tyler evaluated my trade in and actually delivered a higher value than I was expecting, as I was extremely educated on the value of my vehicle. Within 48 hours of the first time I walked in the door, the vehicle was sourced and delivered. I truly am ecstatic about my buying experience with Excell, and I cannot wait to do business with Tyler and the team again in the future.

My name is [redacted] and I reside in Houston Texas and found Excell Auto Group about 7 years ago online. Over the past 7 years I have purchased 6 Exotic high end cars from this company and specifically deal with a gentleman named [redacted]. I am writing this review in an effort to help future buyers as in this exotic world there is a very limited elite market group that can purchase such cars at this level. I will tell you that hands down this company is by far the best exotic car dealership I have ever worked with. I buy cars from Excel Auto Group based on trust, pictures, and a few phone conversations. I have never once flown to Boca Raton to see a car in person and every time my cars arrive they are over the top mint condition. No paint work, no bait and switch, just clean clean cars. I have built a trust with this company over the years and highly recommend them to any avid exotic car buyer. If you look at the prices compared to other dealers, you will find Excell Auto to be the most competitive if you care comparing apples to apples. Can you find a less expensive Ferrari, or Lambo, or Rolls, out there.... sure.... but again these cars have high miles, paint work, title issues.... Compare apples to apples; I have never found a better deal and more honest people to work with. Good luck in your next purchase.
