I believe a positive review is in order for this company. I had a collection placed by this company in 9/2009 from xxxxx in xxxxx NC. I did not know I owed it. I thought it was paid in full with the hospital bill. My brother gave them his address when I got checked into the emergency room. Nevertheless it was a bill that didnt get paid on time. After applying for a loan I found it on my credit report and contacted them about it. The company represenative was very proffesional and polite. I felt I was a valued customer. I paid what was owed after confirming it with the doctors office. GBA is a very efficiant collector and deserves the recognition for the positive they do for the customers on both ends. The paid collection still remains on my credit report but thats how it goes. Thanks for the positive experiance.

Received multiple calls from this agency in one morning with a voice message left. Looking for a family member unassociated with my personal number. The voice message states that if the person they are looking for does not call by close of business they will take further action. I returned the call to see if I could get a message to the person they are looking for. I was informed that the call was regarding a personal matter and no information could be given to me. I said I would get the message to the person but it would be courteous to give them more than a few hours to return a call and that in my opinion his statement in taking further action without proper notice is a threat. He began raising his voice at me, claiming he did not say that nor did he make any threat. As I tried to talk, he over-talked me, and then hung up the phone. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

I am still in shock. It is unfortunate that an employee, who says she is a supervisor on seat on April 9, 2015 would not be nice to a consumer that has called to pay money owed to the agency. She yelled on me, and cursed me out. She went to the extent of telling me not to call the office anymore.
I had called to offset a bill being owed since 2010. I was asking for a discount or a better payment plan and she will not take any of that. If that is the way she treats consumers, I wonder how she can bring in revenues for George Brown As. I have been threatened not to call again so I will not. I wonder how else this can be viewed that no matter what, if someone calls to pay, you should be nice. Even if you don't want to give in to the terms being requested by that consumer, be nice to explain it, and find a way to get your money back. What on earth can offset you like that.? I still went ahead to say to her to transfer me to someone else since she was cursing me out because I was bent on making payment today. Her response was that she is not going to do that because she is the only supervisor on seat, so payment can be made to only her.
She mocked me that it is now that I want to make payment after several years that the company tried to contact me. She said I told my husband to call and insult them. She stated that a lady called [redacted] had called several years ago and we insulted her. I tried to explain to her that I am not aware of such calls. But she would not even let me explain anything. So are these all the reasons why she will not allow me offset a debt?
I wonder if she owns the company or just an employee. Management should do something because she is not helping your company. Again, this happened on 4/9/15 by 9.45am.

I would not recommend Excell Print, my 2 experiences were negative not because the product but timing, both times it took 3 weeks more then what they had told me. I had to call countless times both instances. The only reason I did business a 2nd time was because they had offered a 25% off for my next order because of the problem I had, only to not ever honor it even though the person I dealt with told me he would via email, and numerous times in person, each time I got the "oh well take care of that". I took my business somewhere else whom I more then happy with.
