Michael B*** claims that my pre-approval was not
required because these were "emergency" repairsIf they were in fact emergency repairs, why would he allow the tenant to move into the property prior to them being completed? This is with regards to a new tenant, not a pre-existing tenantSince, I have informed the tenant that I cannot make the requested repairs from HUD and it has only resulted in cancelation of the leaseMrB*** was supposed to operate in good faith and be working to benefit me, his employerHe should have realized that spending $3400+ was not in my interest and that a non-HUD tenant could be placed without doing extraordinary repairs such as the tenant he placed in the downstairs apartment without needing to do any repairs
