I would not recommend this place to my worst enemyI purchased a car from here two years ago and it was an awful experienceI was initially happy with the vehicle that I bought, however it took several weeks longer to receive than I was told it would by Rob, the ownerOn numerous occasions I would show up when I was scheduled to receive my car only to be told it wasn't done yetThe customer service, primarily from the owner, Rob was atrocious and entirely unprofessional I must say though, people who worked at the front desk were extremely pleasant to deal with but clearly were annoyed with Rob and had trouble communicating with himI unfortunately had to bring the car back several times because I had warranty through Excellent Autos that would not be accepted elsewhereMy car broke frequently and when I took it to be repaired here often times it was not properly fixedOne time, a few weeks after being fixed here, my car broke again and when I took it to a different mechanic, I was told that the part that had been put in (at Excellent Autos) was done incorrectly and so I would have to pay for it to be done againAnother time, Rob used my car to pick up his children from sports practice (I guess to make sure my car was safe to drive?) and there was garbage and a dirty sock in it when I got it back.The car that I purchased here was in the shop literally every couple of months for work and was a total lemonI had to have it towed because it completely broke down times within two yearsIt even had to have an entirely new engine put inI invested quite a lot of money in this car that I purchased two years ago and now it is completely broken and I do not have a carI cannot imagine having a more negative experience with any car dealershipRob is just a salesperson who at first seems nice enough but is trying to make money and doesn't care if you're getting ripped off

Bought a car from them, have had nothing but problems, they haven't even made right what went wrong under warranty. They've also done repairs without permission and asked for payment. Horrible business run by horrible people.
