This client is off with her datesI have not done business with [redacted] since March At that time I started my own processing due to errors on behalf of [redacted] I offered these clients a restart with our new processing centerThey never respondedThey also demanded that I pick up paperwork from their home, rather than delivering it to my office blocks from them at the timeOverall, they wanted results at their request and their time lines, not the realistic time frames allowed by law Our refund policy allows the client to participate for monthsIf the results warrant a refund we will give one based on what deleted items were removed and what remainsThe client must do their part; meaning send the responses to us in a timely mannerThen mail the provided dispute letters offThe process is simple and works very wellAttempting to slander my company for lack of participation and POOR record keeping is not my problemI am happy to show proof of my processing center opening as mentionedI will be turning this complaint over to my legal counsel; [redacted] , LLP

I am highly disappointed For over several months I have received very little response from the agents of this companyI send request via telephone with the response ro send my information then they will be back in touch No one has worked on my credit yetThe first month they sent out letters then radio silence I thwn was told to submit login for a credit monitoeing site where thwy can thwn work on my credit from thereweeks and they never logged inSad that I pre-paid for my credit repair

My husband an I spoke with Tom F gave him $to open account an pay $a month to repair our credit an clear any debits not paidTom stated if we gave him $he would negotiate with of our debits to get paid an he could settle them for 20% of what they were askingWe sent the moneyMonths went by he texted me he had settled billsWhen asked how much he couldn't sayWhen asked for receipts he didn't have any yetAfter asking him several times he had excuses different each timeIt was holidayOr these lawyers are new they never called me backWhen I confronted him finally asking for money to be returned he quit responding an texted me that I was rude an I made the debt an problem not himThis company an Tom F are frauds an scammed an after reading all reviews now I see the same patternThe only mistake I made was not do a review on him before trusting him an his promisesThis company needs to be brought up on fraud an scamI didn't even ask him for $a month paid to him for a year or start up fee $I only asked for $that he never paid any of my debts which money was given him to doThat's fraud an scamHe has not had one positive review an everyone says the same thing how he operates yet no one has shut this business downI thought Revdex.com was to protect people from fraud an scamIf there is a different road I should take or other people he has robbed then please tell meIt's obvious he keeps doing the same to people over an over an he's getting away with it*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,
Mr*** put in writing as well as told me verbally prior to me signing up for the service that I had a full money back guarantee if all items were not removed from all bureaus
Mr*** keeps reiterating that it could take upwards of years for all items, including my BK, to be removed from my reports.
All bureaus sent me a final letter advising me that they consider this item as a valid item to be reported til it falls off yrs after the discharge of my case
This is the federal law
At this time, the bureaus will no longer consider looking into my request as I have no new evidence to offer
How Mr*** continues to state that it could take upwards of years for it to be removed is laughable
I never put a timeline on the service as he is stating, I am just certain that no matter the amount of time, the items will not be removed, even if I wait patiently for the entire years he is asking me to wait
Had either of the bureaus made any mention that it would take more time, or are still investigating, I would not have asked for a refund, not taken this action
I only did so after I received the letter from the 3rd bureau
I can gladly forwards to you the following:
_ The e-mail chain advising me of what service they offer, what they guarantee, and that they offer the guarantee in the form of a full money back refund
_ The final letters from all bureaus
_ My email asking him what sort of action we are taking as we continue to make idle threats about taking legal action towards each bureau for refusing to remove the items
This email also includes Mr***'s canned response to me which in no way answers my question
_ Him stating that the service I paid for is not what I am actually entitled to is complete hogwash
I paid to have the items removed, not for some other service
_ No matter what, my email trail is proof of advertisement in and in itself
On top of all this, there is still an outstanding item which they have stopped taking action on
I started with items
Just this fact shows that they are in breach of the contract we have
When do they plan on continuing to have that item removed??
No action has been taken since Sep,
Please compare what he is stating with the facts that I have and can readily provide as proof
Please help me recoup my money and stop them from taking advantage of others

Our program requires the client to sign an agreement before they can begin the process. This is usually done electronically before they can access any educational or other materials.
I have asked Mr. [redacted] to show an initial credit report and a current one as we do with all clients. This will prove if the program has worked. All reviews are done after 12 months of using the program and this is spelled out in the agreement. We do NOT offer on demand service or refunds. To date Mr. [redacted] admittedly stated  "well ok, some items have been deleted, just not the ones I wanted right now!" So the program is working just not in the speed he demands. Again after 12 months has passed, show me an initial report and a current report and we will refund based on those numbers. This is explained before enrolling, and has been explained again by phone. Mr. [redacted] wants us to be his scapegoat for POOR management of finances. We did not cause the problems so don't blame us. Just as it took time to develop these credit issues it takes time to fix them- NOT overnight. The only time the program does NOT work is when the client does not do their part; as in this case.-- Sincerely,

Our refund policy allows the client to participate for 12 months. If the results warrant a refund we will give one based on what deleted items were removed and what remains. The client must do their part; meaning send the responses to us in a timely manner. Then mail the provided dispute letters off. The process is simple and works very well. Attempting to slander my company for lack of participation and POOR record keeping is not my problem. I am happy to show proof of my processing center opening as mentioned. I will be turning this complaint over to my legal counsel; [redacted], LLP.
