Unfortunately the insurance company and public adjuster have not come to resolution on this claimOur companies work to the best of my knowledge has met the homeowners expectationsInitially after signing our contract we installed her roof and gutters within weekPer instruction from the public adjuster we suspended the project until there was settlement from the insurance company adequate to pay for the work to be performedThe day we recieved this complaint I met with the homeowner and sent a crew to complete the siding and underpinning on the mobile home within days despite the lack of resolution with the insurance companyAll communication that I have had leads me to believe that the customer is happy

The day we recieved this complaint I met with the homeowner and sent a crew to complete the siding and underpinning on the mobile home within 2 days despite the lack of resolution with the insurance company. All communication that I have had leads me to believe that the customer is happy.
