and professionI have to state that the complaint she had is not a truthShe went to our nail salon around 10am on June ***, When she walked in, she had bad attitude to our employeesShe told our technician that her nails were too long and she wanted to make them shortEven she didn't treat our technician nicely by saying inappropriate words, our technician was still happy to assist with her and without saying any bad words back to herBecause of her nails too long, as a standard procedure, we had to cut them down first then started to file themOtherwise, it would hurt customer's nail if we simply the file the long nailsThis lady agreedThen we started cutting her nails downHowever, she started cursing at the technician and complaining that the technician cut her nails instead of filling and asking for managerI wen there and got to know what it was going onThen I responded to her that we were sorry and if we couldn't satisfy her needs, she could leave and we wouldn't charge her for any service feeWe have video camera recorded the whole situationIt explains wellIf you need to investigate deeply, we can provide if neededSecondly, we don't agree to pay her $for the settlementThere is another nail salon cross down the streetHow could she drive for 2hours? I also do *** map from her house as stated in the mail only minutes away from our nail salon if by carThis dispute amount is unreasonableAnd keep it in mind, we didn't charge her any feesThere is no way for us to indemnify herThe whole situation was non sense about what she was doing
