Review: On September**, 2013 approximately 10:20 a.m. I picked up my medicine from above location. I paid $534.00 in cash for my medicine, but on the patient receipt it said I paid $2.65. The pharmacist pull me to the side and told me that my insurance will only cover $74.00. Then I asked how much do I owed. She said $534.00. I gave her (3)100 dollar bills and (3) 20 dollar bills. She gave me $6.00 back in change. She then handed me my medicine than I left above location. I realized after I left I did not get a receipt. Then I came back and asked for a receipt. At first she gave me a receipt for $5.40. As I turn around I told her I gave you $534.00. She stated I sorry and she gave me the receipt for $534.00. I went to my car and called my insurance company and they told me that I paid $2.65. That when I called the police and the pharmacist told the police that I had a balance due. Which was lie. I have never knew pharmacy to give credit on medicine. The pharmacist lied.Desired Settlement: I would like for you to investigate this company. I want a refund for money.

The customer who made the complaint has been our client for over three years now. He did not have any insurance and has been buying all of his medicines with cash. He, coming to us for so long, developed a good relationship with our store. On certain occasions he did not have enough money to cover his purchases. He managed to pay us back all the time. On August [redacted], 2013 he made a purchase worth of $534.00. When it was time to pay, he did not have any money on him. He requested to pay next time since he was in dire need of the medication and due to his ongoing good history with us which includes almost every month for the past three years, we agreed that he would pay us back in full the next month. When the next month came around (Sept [redacted], 2013), he returned with his new prescriptions but this time he had insurance which he asked us to bill. His copay was $2.65, which he paid. During the same transaction he also paid his debt to us from the previous month. He was given 2 separate receipts on that day. He was supposed to be given one receipt for $2.65 which I mistakenly rang up incorrectly in the register. When he came back and showed me that there seemed to be a register error, I gave him a corrected receipt and he also requested a receipt showing that he paid off his previous debt to us, which I also provided, which is a routine matter. The patient seemed to be confused and or overwhelmed and decided to call the police for some unexplainable reason. He remained in our store for almost two hours impeding our daily business operations and was harassing our pharmacy staff. The police arrived and after looking into the matter, ordered the customer to leave.

We dont know how long the patient has had insurance for. The patient only just recently presented us with an insurance card to bill. All of his other medications for the years that he had been with us were put through as non-insurance Rxs.

Once again the patient seems to be totally confused. On more than one occasion, he did not have enough money to cover the cost of his medications. Therefore, we let him pay us back the next month. This is not an unusual practice in a small retail pharmacy especially when it comes to patients who have/had good track records with the business.

The patients motives are really not clear to us. We dont understand why he is attempting to tarnish our good reputation.

Over the several decades that this business has been in existence, there have never been any such complaints from any patients.
