I am rejecting this response because: I fell that Excello Construction Company should be held responsible for not finishing the work that was requested of them and required by the when the three year warranty was in force There are so many things, so many things that was left undone and done wrong until I don't believe this house was constructed right I still say this house did not pass inspection This matter needs to be taken care of
