I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Everything that was in the message from Excelsior Orthopaedics is
false.  I have not been refunded the money for the visit.  In addition, I
received yesterday an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company
showing that they did not stop the charges.  Not only are they
unable to provide appropriate customer service, and have an inadequate
system for maintaining personal and sensitive medical information, they
are lying to the Revdex.com about remedying the situation.
