This complaint finally reached the publisher of the publication after it elevated to this level of frustration. First, the publisher drove to the site personally to inspect the situation. This address was clearly marked and the papers that were laying nearby were picked up and properly disposed... of. Second, the publisher talked to several of his carriers to make sure the no-throw request reached the correct carrier. He spoke with that carrier in length about the situation and is confident the situation will be corrected. Third, the publisher implemented an internal policy that ALL carrier complaints received a second time be cc’d to him directly for earlier detection of these problems. FIVE complaints is entirely too many before adequately fixing this problem. The publisher has opened dialogue directly with the homeowner for follow up if needed.
