IN RESPONCE TO THE COMPLAINTCUSTOMER CAME IN WANTING TO TRADE THEIR VEHICLE IN FOR ANOTHER PLUS MONIES BACKTHEY WERE PERSISANT ON GETTING THIS DONE RIGHT AWAYWE HAD THEM DRIVE AND CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE THEY WERE ABOUT TO PURCHASEWE, HERE GAVE THEM A CHECK FOR $PLUS WE PAID FOR THE TITLE TRANSFERTHE VERY NEXT DAY THE FIANCE CALLED, SAID THEY WERE OUT AT 11:PM, HIT RAIDROAD TRACKS HARDTHEN THE RADIATOR STARTED TO LEAK(THE RADIATOR NEVER LEAKED BEFORETHIS)WE PURCHASED THEM ANOTHER RADIATOR, DELIVERED IT TO THEIR UNCLE'S SHOP, UNCLE SAID HE COULDNT GET THE JOB DONE THAT DAYSO THEY TOOK VEHICLE TO ANOTHER SHOPTHAT SHOP MUST HAVE INSTALLED THE NEW RADIATOR IMPROPERLY BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED THE NEW RADIATORTHEN THEY WANTED US TO WARRANTY THE RADIATORRADIATORS CAN NOT BE WARRANTIED WHEN THEIR MECHANIC DAMAGED SAID RADIATOR.THEIR TITLE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A MAILBOXTHEY HAVE TO PICK UP THEIR MAIL AT THE SHOP BELOW WHERE THEY LIVEWE CALLED THE DMV, THEY SAID THEY HAD MAILED THE FIRST ONE AND WOULD SEND A SECOND TO THE SAME ADDRESS

Instead of recieving the title we recieved tickets that we have already paid off when we got them. And both shops said that the car had been in an accident prior to us buying it.
