1.      International Travel requires a valid Passport 2.      Customer AGREED and SIGNED the Travel Itinerary along with the ENDORSEMENTS stating: -Check in 3 hours prior to Departure -Valid Passport for International Travel -Any changes result...

in penalties 3.      Travel agent checked names and dates of birth exactly like on Passport as required to do. 4.      I offered to help with the “Exchange Penalty Fees” (with an agency waiver). [redacted] refused because she had to pay an additional in Fare Price (being that new dates are in the middle of the summer)   5.      Customer said mother had traveled to Cancun with Passport card which by Federal Law is not allowed. 6.      Customer brought Passport Card Application (after the event) where it also detailed in a large box – THIS IS ONLY FOR GROUND TRAVEL to Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.     7.      Passport card is a (Passport supplement) not valid for flight. 8.      Excelsior Travel is still here to offer “Exchange Penalty Waivers” for [redacted] as we’ve been in business for 26 years and will always respond to our customers.
