Exceptional Painting

Exceptional Painting was truly exceptional in all aspects, but very especially in the estimation of the work that needed to be done, preparation of the work areas, and the protection of flooring and furniture as well as hardware. A written estimate was provided by email in a timely fashion, and dates proposed for initiating the project. All areas and hardware were masked off that were not to be painted, floors were covered with brown paper and masking tape, areas requiring dry wall, plastering and sanding were partitioned off with plastic coverings. They worked quietly, steadily and professionally, arriving on time daily, and working throughout the workday. When they discovered areas that required repair but had not been discovered until the job has started, they pointed those out, and promptly provided a written update to the estimate. When completing each area, the paintings, window treatments and other decorative items that had been removed were restored to their original locations. Masking tape and equipment was removed, and surfaces dusted and swept.
It was a pleasure working with the owner-operator, [redacted], and his crew. We certainly plan to use him in the future for our household painting needs.

I have used [redacted] and his team on a couple of our homes. We were first connected through our realtor and he helped with various painting jobs (interior and exterior) to prepare our house to go on the market. It looked great. We then hired him to repaint the entire interior of our new home (3,000+ square feet) and it looked fantastic! We sold that house 2 years later and again hired him to paint all of our exterior trim which was in bad shape and included wood rot. They did a fantastic job. They carefully protected the work area before beginning, and left everything very clean.
