In response to the complaint filed by[redacted] in [redacted] originally, I would offer you the following information.[redacted]'s problem is...
with the installation of the product. We did not perform the installation - he paid a contractor directly for his service. It is irrelevant whether of not that contractor did work for our company before or after this installation. His claim that because the contractor worked for us at some point before his work was completed does connect us in any way to the workmanship he performed.[redacted]'s assertion that he assumed we would be responsible for his work was an incorrect one. Our product did not fail on this job. Our position remains unchanged.

We do not agree with Wackys response because our initial discussions with [redacted] Wackys included the product and installation of same. At that time Wackys confirmed that the installer worked at Wackys and vouched for the quality of his work.
In good faith, my wife paid the installer directly assuming that was the way Wackys did business.Also in good faith,she also paid for the product in full before the installation.
I do not accept that Wackys now disassociates themselves from their installer.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to[redacted] once again. We regret[redacted] is not satisfied with our initial response. Unfortunately, there is no further consideration we are prepared to extend in this situation. The facts are clear - the labour is what the client is dissatisfied with, Wacky's did not complete the labour nor did we guaranty the work of whomever[redacted] hired.
We always attempt to satisfy situations of this sort, but I'm afraid we do not agree with the position of[redacted].
