Why would I have to re-apply when I was already approved?

The prospective resident did go to both locations. She was approved at the first place and then decided to go to another location owned by the same owner. The second location had no vacancies at the current time and she needed to move right away. She returned to the first
location and the apartment had been rented. She then went back to the second location and the bed room was no longer available and her income was not strong enough to offer her a bedroom. Please note that all of the back and forth was not done in the same day but over a week's time. It is unfortunate, but due to the prospective resident bouncing back and forth she lost out. We actively attempt to rent all units and nothing is held without a deposit which was not left at either place

Per the apartment manager the parking rules are strictly enforced. The resident did not have the sticker in her vehicle; thus it was towed

Due to the resident not being able to make up her mind as to which community she desired; the available units were rented. (she was approved at the first community and the second community offered wait listing as nothing was available) The prospective resident had paid no deposit. She is welcome to go to the first community and reactivate her application or make application at the second community. If approved and housing is available she will be offered housing

There is NO proof that I didn't make my depositThe Manger stated on the afternoon of 2/24/the office hours are closed 2/25/2017-2/26/(Saturday and Sunday) I was instructed to leave deposit in the Drop box which I did over the weekend prior to any opened Hours. Lehman Village had deposited my check on 2/27/Furthermore I had never heard anything more from Lehman until I went Myself into the office 3/24/To first be told I never made my deposit then presented with paperwork which also indicated my deposit was Received on 2/27/Followed by there was a name confusion with a 1BDRM unit, Then finally someone else has rented that apartment and he wouldn't have anything until 6/At this point the issue is not resolved they still have failed to return my application fee ($35)I would have not applied to an apartment with a move in date of 6/or a 1BDRMWhen MrRobert had been asked to provide his Managers contact number he choose to be deceitful and give a number

the signed agreement at the time of incident.   Does infact state the vehicle would be stickered if not taken care of with in 48 hrs then towed.   My vehicle was never stickered.  It was never parked for more than 24 hours.   And again this is also not the agreement that the community had with the tow company.   Several items on the addendum vs tow companies aggreement with charter were incorrect. Including but not limited to thr tow company does not use 48 hr stickers with charter, types of violations that are immediate tows and which are stickered for 24 not 48 hrs.  The driver of [redacted] towing showed the contract to my husband.   Also no new addendum has been put out or given to me.   All residents received this notice last week.   It only addresses one issue that is wrong with the addendum that is being handed out.

The resident did come in and viewed an apartment.   She indicated that she was interested but did not have deposit.  We can not hold an apartment without a deposit.  By the time the resident was able to get a deposit for a unit the 2 bed  1 bath had been rented.  The...

manager offer to put her on the wait list for the next available unit which was not done.

per the legal and binding lease addendum it is to be stickered for 48 hrs.
