Mr [redacted] , came to our Morristown location for a estimate to repair his Audi that was hit in the rear, he instructed us to order the part and to paint the part off the car so he could drop the vehicle off and get a quick turn around same day service, he had told my manager Jeff K [redacted] that he would be paying for the bumper and installation and that he was handling the payment We gave him a estimate for the damages and ordered the bumper as requested painted it and installed it for the same day service he requestedMr [redacted] came to pick his car up at the Morristown location after hours and took his vehicle with out paying for his services When Mr [redacted] , called him for payment he then changed his story and said he was going thru insuranceMr [redacted] never mentioned insurance the entire time the repairs were being doneMr [redacted] signed a contract for repairs We did wait a couple of weeks for payment , after several attempts to collect the balance he owes Exclusive we were forced to put him in for collections I am forwarding you the contract that Mr [redacted] signed, as you will see he is responsible for the balance and to suggest we should wait for him to get paid after he instructed us to complete the repairs is ridiculous
