I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] from Exclusive Auto Sales called me Wednesday 7/**/2014 to bring my car into one of their repair shops. She told me that she made an appointment for me to bring my car in first thing Friday morning 7/**/2014. She said to make a list of all the problems that I have with the car and leave the list in the car for the mechanic. I dropped the car off at 8:00am on Friday. There was a list of ten things. I called a couple times that day to get an update. They left a message for Exclusive Auto Sales but no one got back to them yet. I waited. Then saturday I had to call Exclusive cause no one got back to the mechanic yet. I called [redacted] at Exclusive Auto Sales and I told her they needed to speak to her about getting authorization about repairs on the cars. She said she would call them. I called the mechanic about 1:00pm on saturday and they said that they just closed, but [redacted] did send over paperwork. This already two days without my car. Out of the ten things I had on the list, Alines said that there was a problem with a crack in the radiator and a problem with the tires. I called the mechanic around noon on Monday 7/**/2014. Now just about four days without my car. They said [redacted] sent over the paperwork for my warranty that I bought for my car and now they were just waiting on the authorization. [redacted] at Exclusive was suppose to have the problems fixed on my car, but Exclusive was suppose to pay for it not my warranty. This was slimy and shady business. Exclusive Auto Sales was shady from the beginning. They wouldnt get back to me and when they did they wanted to make things right, just so they can pull another underhanded move by using my warranty that they had on file. Not to mention I didnt even know about it. I then had to pay more money into the car for the deductible on the warranty. The tires never fixed. Other things on the car were not fixed as well. This is why I wanted another mechanic to check my car, not one of theirs.

Review: I purchased a used automobile from Exclusive Auto Sales, in [redacted]. One week after I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I called them and explained the problem. They said no problem, we'll take care of it. I was told to take the car to Alines in Patchogue to have the car checked out. I was told that the check engine light came on because of a problem with the catalytic converter. The guy said a code came up but he wasnt sure what the problem was and he didnt really have the time that day to look further into the problem. Then he said that he cleared the code so the check engine light wont come on. The car kept getting worse. The car was running rough, I was losing antifreeze, I had a noise coming from the right front wheel, among other things going on with the car. This was all within a week and a half of having purchased the vehicle. I called them again saying the car was getting worse so they said to take it to [redacted] in [redacted]. I brought the car there and they said there was nothing they could do cause there is no code coming up. A code recently came up but Alines cleared the code. I called Exclusive Auto Sales again after that and they tell me the same thing every time, " There is nothing they can do until the check engine light comes on again." The car keeps getting worse and they wont even check out the issues with the vehicle. I have a loan on the car which I have to pay weather or not the car works. This is unfair practice that they make money off people, when they sell cars that are falling apart then they refuse to fix the problems.Desired Settlement: I want all the problems fixed on the car. Not by their mechanics, cause they are obviously dishonest. An honest mechanic needs to check the entire car for the many problems that existed before I purchased the car. All I am asking for is for them to fix the car. If you sell a car, especially at a licensed used auto dealership then you should make sure the car is in good selling order. I need my car, and all I am asking for is to be decent enough to repair the problems.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD vin number [redacted] for $21,195, within 5 days of purchase the fuel consumption was low, the power in truck acceleration was low and some oil and /or gas seemed to be leaking. Took the truck to the dealer recommended shop called Double N in centereach for repair and they said the fuel injector #7 needed to be replaced which the dealer paid for but they did not inform me they put an aftermarket injector in the truck and not the recommended OEM part. A week later the same issue with the truck, again the repair shop said it was a hose that needed to be replaced this time, however that also did not fix the issue so I took the truck back in yet again and this time the shop told me the engine blew up and it was due to the way we were driving the truck and the truck and had mud on it and could not be worked on with mud on it. I was concerned at the way the repair show was being so unprofessional and saying the way we were driving the truck could cause such damage so I had the truck taken to the chevy dealer. The dealer informed me after extensive diagnostics that the fuel injectors (all 8) had to be replaced, a $5500 job and that this is in no way caused by the way someone drives the truck. They said you should never put an aftermarket injector in a truck and if one injector goes it is likely all 7 will go and they should have informed me of that the first week of the repair and taken the truck back to the dealer as it was not operational after just one wek. The dealer stated he is not responsible as the truck is over 100,000 miles he does not have to honor anything. I mentioned that I woudl have no recourse but to contact better business bureeau as I felt I was being treated unfair and he said he took this as a treat and he would no longer speak to me and hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealer to pay for the repairs at Chevy is providing which is estimated at $5500, I will know the total amount when I pick up the truck after repairs in 5 days. I would also like the dealer to refund the warranty amount for the warranty they sold me for $2500 as I asked them which warranty they recommend on a truck with 127000 miles and they sold me the deluxe and if they had sold me the supreme I woudl have been covered for this damage. They sell trucks and I feel they should know which warranty to recommend as they said they would gladly recommend the proper one. Also the truck repair shop double n they recommended - should have properly informed me the first week when the first injector went bad about the likelyhood that all 7 will blow, chevy dealer said that this is the case and I was not properly informed and the truck was not properly fixed the first week.
