Exclusive Bat Proofing, Inc.

We had Exclusive Bat Proofing bat proof our house about a year and a half ago. We have not heard another bat up in our ceiling since however one found a way into an unfinished storage area above our garage recently. I called Exclusive Bat Proofing up since they have a 3 year guarantee. I left a message for them. They returned my call the next day and scheduled a time to come back out to find and fix the spot where the bat entered. I was impressed with the way I was treated when I spoke with them and how quickly they will be out to fix the problem!

After having a horrible experience with the Bat Guys company from Canby, MN- I contacted Exclusive Bat Proofing. Both Charlie and Carol are such kind and helpful people. I am so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. Be careful when looking at other companies- they will often scam you out of a lot of money and will NOT do the job.

I am the maintenance coordinator for the Pipestone housing authority. We have used Carol and Charlie for 5 or 6 of our propertys. We have never had another bat after that! We also tried a company from Canby minnesota for one job and got taken!!! I am terrified of bats and after buying a different home we had 8 bats in 7 days......called Exclusive Batproofing. Charlie and Carol took care of the problem and we have not seen another bat since, they are great!!!
