After having a horrible experience with the Bat Guys company from Canby, MN- I contacted Exclusive Bat Proofing Both Charlie and Carol are such kind and helpful people I am so impressed with their professionalism and customer service I would recommend this company to EVERYONE Be careful when looking at other companies- they will often scam you out of a lot of money and will NOT do the job I am so thankful for Carol and Charlie
