Despite the preexistingchallenges this client posed, we were able to achieve a number of documented successes. It’s important to note it is not good practice to constantly be switching agencies, which was the case in this situation as we were notthe agency on record managing during some of the time periods referenced. One of our companies’ core values is to be great communicators. We strive to provide consistent frameworks and open lines of communication on a routinebasis for clients through ongoing communication and reporting.  We are happy to report to the Revdex.com that we’ve communicated directly with the client to clarify each of the issues in full detail to reach a successful resolution. The performance of our services, as outlined and reviewed with the client in many transparent reports, strong during the months in which we managed their campaigns. This complaint does notaccurately represent the accuracy of the results received.  After conducting an extensive SEO program for Natural Area rugs, strong documented performance was achieved. In 2014, [redacted] organic traffic increased over 150%.The Net Additional [redacted] organic revenue for 2014 versus 2013 surpassed $150,000. In addition, 20 of the 33 (61%) keywords Exclusive Concepts managed at a high levelincreased in ranking. In regards to [redacted] Ranking, this is not a reflection of SEO results; it is a reflection of how many affiliate marketers visit a particular website. It’s an estimate based on a sampled data and a proprietaryblend of factors that neither influence SEO nor recognize increases outside of the limited scope of the data it attempts to quantify. The decision to stop using [redacted], which is a recommended partner of Exclusive Concepts, was made unilaterallywithout our recommendation.
