His assertions are inaccurate I have a signed contract with him and photos to show that the work has not started In fact, he left so much debris, I had to hire another company to remove it If he has any evidence that supports his claims, he should send it to the Revdex.com as I already have sent documentation which clearly states that he received full funds for the contracted work and no work was done

*** *** complaint is completely inaccurateHe did contract my services for Landscaping, tree cutting and trimming, services that were in fact performedHe is complaining that he was asked for 50% of the agreed price upfront but fails to mention that his deposit covers all materials needed to perform not laborHe also claims our one contract/agreement did not include license infoyet along with his copy of the contract/agreement he was given a copy of my Insurance infoalong with my contractor licenseHe mentions timelines yet our agreement had no completion date due to him changing his mind on projects and adding servicesIt just makes no sense for him to continue to pay money like he claims if he is not getting the job done*** *** is simply making accusations and complaints because I told him he would not be getting any free laborHe contracts me for what he claims is (materials included in this amount) and I provided about 13,dollars worth of work and materialsHe also claims we caused damage to his property, when I have dated pictures of him purposely not following my instructions causing the damageHe says he has attempted to remedy the situation but all his solutions add more projects at no cost to him along with belittling, insults and gossip ( I have all the emails) which is why I've ended communication with himI on the other hand have offered to move forward multiple times (also documented) with no conclusion because he wants more work at no costIn conclusion I do not understand how he can be so dissatisfied with my services when he personally micro managed every single project I did and gave me a sheet of paper with a list of more projects he wanted me to doHe claims he wants a refund but the services were already provided and all the materials are at his propertyHe just makes no sense
