Review: I went into this store on May ** 2014 and purchased a love seat for 400.00. I gave the store 350.00 and the other 50.00 was on my mastercard. The sofa was suppose to be delivered on the following Tuesday on the ** of May between the hours of 5 to 6. I started calling on that Monday the ** to confirm the delivery time but no one answered. I did not hear from the store so I proceeded to call the store again on the ** the day of delivery and someone by the name of [redacted] or something like that, he told me it was on the truck and expect delivery between 8 and 9pm again no sofa was delivered. On the ** of May I called again all day no answer. I went over to the store, I met the person I spoke to on the phone and he ask me did I not receive the loveseat my answer to him was no and I asked what was going on. He told me to hold up and he called someone and he told me that the loveseat would definitely be there the next day. I took him for his word and left the store. The next day again no loveseat called all day no answer again. Then I had a friend call just to see but they still got no answer. June * went back into the store ask for the man that sold me the couch. I was told he was in the other store next door so I proceeded to the other store I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] ask me did you not get the loveseat I answered again no. So [redacted] told me the loveseat would be delivered on the * of June. June * they delivered the wrong loveseat I told them that this was not what I paid for and the delivery guy told me that they would have the correct loveseat in two days. June * on a Monday still no loveseat and no one picked up the phone when I called. I go back to the store on June ** 2014 and ask for my money back, that's when [redacted] replied that you did not get your loveseat. He said it was on the truck again still no loveseat and I told them to come back and pick up the wrong loveseat. [redacted] of the store was called over and I was told that I was not getting a refund. the police was called still no refund.Desired Settlement: I ask them to come and pick up the wrong loveseat and to give my money back but was told that the chair was on the truck once again. I don't wont the chair now I just want my money back. no more lies will never deal with this company again. I was told to take him too court because I was not getting a refund.

Review: On April **, 2014 My Wife and I purchased and PAID IN FULL for a BLACK leather sectional with ottoman, two bar stools and the protection plan. We then returned back to purchase and PAID IN FULL for a BLACK leather recliner. Delivery was suppose to be the same day, the driver calls and says that he was in an accident and could not bring the furniture. Promised the following day, the driver brought a BROWN leather furniture set and the WRONG bar stools with a dent. The recliner was NEVER brought. After several attempts to call the company, on TWO numbers they NEVER answer. My wife goes there personally, spoke to a '[redacted]' named [redacted]. He promises that the error was going to be corrected and was going to have the situation rectified by today Monday, April **, 2014. After no calls, and not being able to reach them, we are tired of the run around. The [redacted] said we could keep the wrong furniture as a loner and our correct bar stools, sectional, and recliner would be delivered and we could keep the other incorrect bar stools, I guess as some type of gesture.Desired Settlement: I rather take my business else where. We want our money back.

Review: I purchased a furniture set and I received half of a set and something totally different. I contacted them and they would not refined my money and avoiding my calls. Is there someway Revdex.com can assist me with this issue.

Review: I didn't receive the bedroom set I was promised and was delivered a cheaper one instead.Desired Settlement: Refund and return the merchandize.

Review: On 7/** I went to furniture store where I chose a dresser on display . The sales rep told me $300 with free delivery. I paid him $200 Cash and the next day I returned and paid the balance of $100 in cash to same salesman. I was told I would get my item the next day. Invoice was incomplete with my full address and item written by sales rep. I was told that "he knew exactly what I wanted. He wrote 0 balance on my copy. Several calls made with no response to listed telephone on invoice when I had not recieved my dresser. I continued to call sales rep store and pesonal cell phone number. After no response I went back to the store and was rudly told that he was closed and to come back. I received a call from a delivery man after several calls to sales rep cell phone with no response stating that my delivery would be after 5pm thursday. I was delivered the wrong dresser I refused furniture and same day went to store around 6:30pm Sales rep closed gate and locked up store in my face. I returned the next day and with no resolution I called the police due to Sales rep slandered me called me racial slurs and mocking me. With cops present I was told I would recieve the correct product on thursday 8/*/14. I called several times on 8/*/14 sales rep picked up phone and pretended he did not know who I was then said he would call me back I did not get a call back all day Ive been calling no answer no response. Last call made was on Monday 8/*/14.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back .

Review: I ordered a furniture at 5/**/13 from this store .we paid deposit as they told us to do that. then they told us we will get the delivery (within 3-4 week's) only, even it was a back order , then at the day of the delivery we can pay the rest of the balance.. after 3-4 weeks, I called/visited that store to know about the status of our order but we didn't got any right info about the order .today 7/**/13 I called them & they told me it will take one more month to get the delivery ..that's why I m writing about this complaint, because I want my furniture ASAP..Desired Settlement: now,I WANT my furniture from that store only by less then 1/3 of the price as a penalty ..

I don't have the furniture set it is in China. It is being manufactured and they told me the wait process is 1-2 months. I am more than willing to give [redacted] his refund. We spoke about issuing him the refund many times but he does not want it. He wants the furniture set. I cannot get the furniture set for him. He can come pick up his refund.
