I say this because she was talking to me and her conversation with me was not just hurry up answer the questions, "but how are you today and hope you are well" and so on.. I really was grateful when she went over and above her call with me. I wanted a wire on that Friday, because Monday happened to be a holiday, so on that Monday morning I reached out to Elizabeth and told her that I had not received my funds, she told me she would look into this matter and return my call. She returned my call within minutes and explained what had happened. Not only did she get me answers to the problem she then called me the next day to confirm that I had in deed received my funds. I was really impressed on how concerned she was in making sure I was a happy customer. She demonstrated outstanding customer service and she made sure the integrity of the company was not damaged due to no communication. I wanted green box to know that you have made me a loyal customer due to this remarkable experience.

Greenbox Capital was very helpful and accommodating when my business needed a little breather. They have a host of people who try and answer your questions and follow up with emails daily. If I decide to use a merchant funding company again my first call will by to Greenbox.
