I would like to have this case reopened
Whatever the merchant said is totally untrueI bought the snow blower on a sunday paying him in cashThat night my wife noticed on the internet that that model had been recalled by the companyThe next day (Monday)we called the company and asked them what to doThey told me to return,it to the place where I bought itThat same night
I went back to the store to return it as per instructions of the companyThe employee would not refund my moneyI called the police and they said to try to settle it with them The police could not do anything since the boss was not thereThe next day(Tuesday) I went back to the store with my wifeWE found the bossIn the interim,I was told by people who know him, That he is not an honest manThat being said, I didn't want any problems so I told him that that model was recalled by the company and we were told not to use it because it could catch fireMy wife was very nervous about thatThe boss finally agreed to replace it with another one AT THE SAME PRICE.He claims that his store doesn't give refunds but the employee never said that and it was not written on the receipt. He said that he would have a shipment the next TuesdayI called him the following week and he said he had another machineHe gave me the model number and said he needed another$for this machine even though he promised me another machine for the same $that I paid for the other one.In addition, this machine is being sold for less than $, not more! In addition, I was told that this merchant sells closeoutsHe now has the original machine All I want is my original $in cash returned to me so I can buy another machine somewhere elseI don't trust him! Also, I have spent many hours and much money traveling back and forth to Brooklyn and on the phone,

I'M WRITING IN REFERENCE TO THE COMPALINT AGIANST EXCLUSIVE HARDWARE STORE *** *** BOUGHT A SNOW BLOWER FROM US AND HAD ME OPEN A BRAND NEW SNOW BLOWER IN THE BOX THEN HE HAD SECRETLY ASKED MY EMPLOYEE TO PUT THE SNOW BLOWER TOGETHER
WHICH HE LATER GAVE HIM A $TIP MY EMPLOYEE THEN PUT IT IN HIS CARHE THEN CAME BACK A WEEK LATER STATING THAT HE FOUND THE ITEM CHEAPER AT BJS DEPARTMENT STORE HE CLAIMED THAT HE HAS TO MAKE HIS WIFE HAPPY AND SHE WANTED A DIFFEERNT MACHINEI ORDERED A DIFFERENT SNOW BLOWER FOR HIM AND IT CAME INHE CALLED ME ON TUESDAY ASKING IF THE NEW MACHINE HAS ARRIVEDWE SAID YES PLEASE COME IN AND PICK IT UP AND HE SAID GOOD I AM COMING TO PICK IT UPHE STILL HAS NOT SHOWED UPPS ALL MACHINES GET RETURNED TO THE COMPANY ONLYWE MADE AN EXCEPTION BY WILLING TO EXCHANGE FOR HER EVEN THOUGH OUR STORE POLICY STATES NO REFUND.

Review: On sunday,10/**/2014, I went to Wxclusive hardware and bought a snowblower. It was sold as a new machine.(All POwer 20 inch # SP-SB044PW). When I got home, I researched the product on the internet. I discovered that this particular model number was recalled by the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer(All Power) on Monday and explained the situation. They told me not to even think to use it because it catches fire. They told me to immediately return the snowblower to where I purchased it.So, On Monday, I went back to Exclusive Hardware to return it.They refused to take it back even though I explained the danger of this machine. IN addition, I was told by one of their employees that the machine was not evne a new one, but that they had used it all last winter.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this machine and get a full refund. I would like it in cash as this is how I paid for the machine.

WE SAID YES PLEASE COME IN AND PICK IT UP AND HE SAID GOOD I AM COMING TO PICK IT UP. HE STILL HAS NOT SHOWED UP. PS ALL MACHINES GET RETURNED TO THE COMPANY ONLY. WE MADE AN EXCEPTION BY WILLING TO EXCHANGE FOR HER EVEN THOUGH OUR STORE POLICY STATES NO REFUND.
