AABCO replaced my entire roof with a year warranty under a previous owner of my houseWhen I bought the house years later I noticed a leak under my solar panelI figured I was covered because they have a year warrantyWell in the fine print it says the warranty is non transferable
So the quality of their work depends on if the original owner is in the houseI think they are just counting on the fact that the average person moves within five years and this is their way out of a warrantyAny real contractor that does quality work will honor their warranty regardless of ownerIf they claim to be professionals they need to stand behind their warranty instead of trying to find ways out of it
Besides the issue without them not honoring the warranty, back to the original issueIn less than five years I had a leak under my solar panel that has completely destroyed that section of my roofMy roof is now buckling and it is going to cost me at least a couple thousand $$ to fix itI won't be hiring AABCO to do the repairs
I used Aabco Roofing to repair a leak in my daughter's bedroom and just had to share my positive experience Two workers showed up and after looking at the leak from the inside of the house and taking pictures of the damage, went immediately to work, one on the roof and one in the attic They worked for several hours replacing damaged wood ( which I was able to see and confirm) and doing whatever needed to complete the job in a professional manner Through every stage of repair the work took pictures to document what was done and showed me at the endI was very impressed with the worker's professionalism and would definitely use Aabco again
