Exclusive Metal Finishing

Review: I had sent parts (including: 2 lightning bolt gas tanks, a chain case cover, 70 Puma rear bumper, 71 Puma rear bumper, and 1 set foot stirrup right and left) to Exclusive Metal Finishing to be chromed. We had a verbal contract to have them chromed for $1370. I sent that check to them on January 17, 2013 and it was cashed on January 18, 2013. I was informed by [redacted] that the parts would be in my hands by the time the check was cashed. Your company (which it appears you are advertising in the magazine Vintage Snowmobile Club of America as being incorporated in the State of Wisconsin appears to been dissolved by the state in 2010) has failed to answer my calls and from March 23, 2013 until June 2, 2013 [redacted] would only send me text messages claiming that my parts were done and were ready to ship and when I never received them they would make up another excuse why they were not done. My attorney attempted calls and wrote them 2 certified letters and have them until August 15, 2013 to respond to her and they have failed to do so. My attorney has attempted to gain contact via phone multiple times with you to make arrangement to get this matter resolved andDesired Settlement: I want the parts to be finished and sent to me or in the alternative I want my parts returned and my money in the amount $1370.00 refunded to me.

This business is used by Bennett Coachworks of Milwuakee for their rechroming needs. If they are good enough for Bob Bennett, they are good enough for me. They straightened and rechromed the rear bumper on my 1962 car. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work!
