I do not know why they would not give me service at the time I came in. Perhaps they had a bad day, week, month or year. Perhaps someone ruined their car while doing a test drive. Perhaps they had to mark down an expensive vehicle and not make money at all on it. Perhaps the salesman found out he was being replaced due to low sales figures. Whatever the reason, the bottom line is that I had a bad experience, which I did not deserve. Buyer beware.

Review: Took my car to get state safety inspected. [redacted]) called to say brakes needed to be repaired. Quoted over the phone a cost of $400 for this repair and safety inspection. Upon picking up the car, the bill totaled $579.26. Credit card payment was made but input was $580.97 Additional charges on invoice were for "Shop Supplies" when asked what this was he responded "grease and rags."

I felt I had been overcharged which was confirmed when I contacted 3 other reputable auto service places and for same services was quoted Approx $300 for rear brakes and approx. $600 for front and rear pads and brakes. I stopped by the dealership in Sat. 7/* however services shop was closed. The "[redacted]" was there and I told him I felt I had been taken advantage of. I also told him I did not appreciate that they attached their advertising to my license plate. He responded by saying "I did 12 million dollars in sales last year, I don't need your advertising." He then demanded that I bring the car back on Monday 7/* because "those frames cost me $30." He was rude, aggressive, and inappropriate in his response considering also that I had my elderly mother and 17 month old daughter with me.

I called today (7/*) and spoke to [redacted] who claimed that service technician did a myriad of services to justify the high price. I pointed out to him however these services were NOT discussed prior to them doing them in the first place. He also says that he put premium parts on my car which was not discussed prior to that services being completed. I also asked to have the parts that were removed back for my possession but they had already threw them in the garbage.

Their website claims that their business provides "fair and competitive" pricing for services. Exclusive Motor Sports is neither. My hope is that other people do not get swindled the way I did. It is unfortunate that business such as this give automotive repair industry a bad name.Desired Settlement: $25.59 for frivolous "shop supply" charge

$78 for service charge

This would bring the price down to a "fair and competitive rate" which they claim to honor.

Review: I bought a BMW X3 2008 Nov **,2015. Car has 66,000 miles seems great I know. 1/**/16 check engine light comes on. I take the car to auto zone to read the check engine light and to another mechanic to verify. Car reads misfire for spark plugs and coils in the car. I take the vehicle 1/**/16 to get looked at from the dealer I purchased the car. I'm told " bring the car back tomorrow and leave it here since you have to togo to work". I bring the car 1/**/16 drop it off at 8:30 am. Around 5 pm pick up the car, the vehicle seems like it was fixed. 2/*/16 at 11:45 at night aim at work and check engine light come on again. Same issue as before. Same loud sound the vehicle was making the first time. For the coils and sparks plugs misfiring. This needs to be fixed, I'm wasting my time bringing the car back and forth to these complete mns. Do a simple job and fix the car or I can sue and get my money back or take these people to court, pick one. Did I forget to mention my car has not been registered since the time I got it from the dealer after I paid for registration and taxes and fees.DMV notified me and sent a letter in the mail my car is not registered. This place is horrible and I would not recommend you go there at all. They are a disasterDesired Settlement: I want the car fixed everything 100% or I will file a law suit. If that does not work I want my full refund back. And this car can go is the trash
